Returns & Exchanges

At WishATL, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 14-day window for returns on eligible footwear and apparel. Please note that all high-heat releases, limited-edition collaborations, and sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return for a refund or store credit.

  • 2.
    Package Your Items

    Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and footwear is kept inside its original, undamaged shoebox.

  • 3.
    Ship It Back

    Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location within 5 business days.

  • 4.
    Processing & Refund

    Once our warehouse team inspects the items to ensure they are in unworn, deadstock condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 days.
